The Cat Mate Glass Fitting pet door is designed for installation in weak materials including glass, screen or thin wood panel. The large circular frame spreads the load over a wider area for added strength.

The clear, acrylic flap has a short brush-type weather stripping which provides for a good seal. Additionally, the flap contains a magnet which helps the pet door to stand up to wind and it may be locked shut.

The frame is a high impact plastic.
