The Cat Mate Manual Cat Flaps - 304 & 309
Cat Flaps are identical to each other except that the 304 locking mechanism allows for "locked" and "unlocked" only while the 309 adds "in only" and "out only".
These cat flaps are self-framing only to a maximum of 1/2" which effectively means they should not be used for hollow core doors. (Note any door that is not solid wood should be considered "hollow core").
However, they certainly may be installed in any solid core wood door and, also, in thin solid materials no thinner than 1/2".
