The Ideal "Insulator" Pet Door
is a part of the Ideal "Energy Saver" series of pet door products.
They incorporate a double flap system. Two flaps, both vinyl are separated by a dead-air space for greatly improved insulation value compared with a single-flap pet door.
Fits any door (wood, metal etc) in a range of 1 3/8" - 2".
Because there are two flaps, both of which include magnets on the sides as well as the bottom, this pet door is particularly wind-resistant. The manufacturer claims it will resist wind gusts of up to 30 mph.
The frame is a low profile, white aluminum and the pet door includes a plastic lockout slide.
A special wall kit is available to allow 'self-framing' in a 2x4 or 2x6 stud wall.

All defective parts will be replaced free of charge. Limited Lifetime Warranty applies to the original purchaser only, with proof of sales receipt. Excludes flap or breakage of the glass panel.
