Patio Pacific Warranty
Warranty
To the original purchaser, Patio
Pacific, Inc, warrants this product and all of its component parts
to be free of defects in materials or workmanship for a period of 10
years from the date of purchase. Endura flaps are warranted for 15
years. Damage caused by accident, improper installation, abuse or normal
wear, including damage by pets or glass breakage, is specifically
excluded from this warranty. Defective material returned to Patio
Pacific, Inc, together with proof of purchase, will be repaired or
replaced free of charge. Pet doors of other manufacturers installed in
Patio Pacific products are covered by the warranty of the manufacturer. | |

PetSafe/Staywell Warranty
LIMITED WARRANTY
PetSafe has a lifetime warranty on
parts and one year warranty on labor.
PetSafe guarantees most parts of this product life against
manufacturing or parts defects. All flexible vinyl
components are guaranteed for only one year. Misuse or
incorrect handling is not covered along with normal wear,
tear and weathering. Commercial use may also void warranty.
If your unit cannot be repaired,
PetSafe may replace it with new or reconditioned merchandise.
PetSafe will not pay for loss of time, inconvenience,
loss of use of your product, or its failure to work, or any
incidental or consequential damages.
There is nominal
labor charge for out of warranty products but all parts are
free during the warranty period.

Magnador Warranty
Magnador Two-Way Pet Door
Guarantee
Magnador is
guaranteed for a period of one year. If anything goes wrong
during the first three months of use, return the door
directly to
Plaza Enterprises, Inc. (prepaid) for full replacement. After 3
months and until one year
Plaza will make all repairs necessary if the door is returned along
with a check for the service charge indicated on the reverse
side of this card. This warranty is in lieu of all other
warranties expressed or implied and is valid only in the
U.S.A. Any implied warranty is limited to 90 days from date
of purchase.

Smart Pet insulated Pet Doors installed in accordance with
manufacturer's printed instructions or shop drawings are
guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for
the Lifetime from date of purchase. Defective part may be
returned to
Smart Pet,, freight prepaid, for repair or replacement. The
decision of repair versus replacement is up to the
discretion of
Smart Pet. This guarantee does not cover labor or material costs
incurred by reinstallation of repaired or replaced parts.

Hale Pet Door Warranty
5 YEAR LIMITED NO FAULT WARRANTY for all products sold by
HALE PET DOOR
HALE PET DOOR will not accept any
responsibility, beyond 50% credit, for any products damaged
due to inaccurate cutting, measuring of any other damage due
to no fault of
HALE PET DOOR.
HALE PET DOOR guarantees and warrants
subject to the conditions and restrictions stated below,
that the products and component parts thereof, purchased
from
HALE PET DOOR shall be free from any defects in materials and
workmanship
The warranty period for all
HALE PET DOOR model pet doors is effective from the date of
purchase and extends to the anniversary date marking the end
of the fifth year. The first year of the warranty includes
100% of all parts and labor, We agree to exchange or repair
at our expense F.O.B. our plant or warehouse, any unit found
to be defective in workmanship and/or material, subject to
plant inspection. (See Notes A and B below.)
The second
year of the warranty is covered at 50% or all parts and
labor. We agree to exchange or repair at 50% of the cost of
the current price, F.O.B. our plant or warehouse any unit
found to be defective in workmanship and or material,
subject to plant inspection. (See Notes A and B below.)
Each subsequent year of the warranty is prorated.
HALE PET DOOR will cover 40% of the cost of parts and labor for the
third year. 30% of the parts and labor for the fourth year,
and 20% of the parts and labor for the fifth year.
This
warranty does not include shipping to
HALE PET DOOR or any field service labor unless the product was
installed by
HALE PET DOOR.
A. Glass breakage: We use fully tempered 3/16"
glass of the greatest quality and strength available for
each application, It also meets or exceeds all safety
glazing laws and codes in the United States. Even tempered
glass will break on occasion but it is very rare When there
is glass breakage for any reason within the FIRST YEAR,
there will be a 20% deductible of purchase price of the door
and installation (if applicable) for replacement.
B.
Parts damaged by misuse or neglect:
HALE PET DOOR will pay 20% of the cost or the current list price
for parts and labor.
HALE PET DOOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO INSPECT ANY AND ALL PRODUCTS

PRIDE PET DOOR LIMITED WARRANTY
To the original
purchaser,
Z Industries warrants this product and its component parts to be
free of defects on materials and workmanship for a period of
one year from the date of purchase. Damage caused by
accident, improper installation or abuse, including damage
caused by pets, is specifically excluded from this warranty.
Manufacturer's liability on any claim shall not exceed the
cost of the product. In no instance shall manufacturer be
responsible for consequential damage resulting from the use
of this product. For a period of one year from the date of
purchase, any defective product or part may be sent, freight
prepaid, to
Z Industries for replacement or repair at no charge. Proof of
purchase date must accompany any returned item. This
warranty replaces any and all previous warranties, either
written, oral, or implied, and is the only warranty made by
this company. This warranty gives you specific legal rights.
