Petsafe "Freedom" Replacement Flaps -
The most recent additions to the Petsafe line of pet doors are the Petsafe Freedom Patio Pet Door, the Petsafe Freedom in both plastic and metal frames and the Petsafe "Extreme Weather".
All four of these lines use the same replacement flaps. The Freedom doors in plastic and metal all require one flap in each of four sizes.
The "Extreme Weather" requires two of the regular flaps and one special yellow, padded flap in the center which is not yet available. The Extreme Weather pet doors are available in only three sizes.
Petsafe products may not be shipped outside the USA.
Petsafe Warranty
Pet Door Products
All parts, excluding vinyl flaps, are covered under warranty, and labor is covered for the first year of ownership. Thereafter, there is a minimum service charge for the repair or replacement of the product. Vinyl flaps are warranted for one (1) year. Misuse, loss, improper handling, commercial use, and dirty or worn parts are not covered. Radio Systems will not pay for loss of time, inconvenience, loss of use of your product, or any incidental or consequential damages.
