The return period is extended to 90
days for "Endura" flap products, Plexidor and Power Pet Door Products.
A few of the products we offer are impractical to ship
from our warehouse and are drop-shipped from the manufacturer. In those
cases, returns must be shipped directly to the manufacturer.
