Limited Lifetime Warranty
SmartPet Products Insulated SmartPet Doors must be
installed in accordance with the manufacturer's printed
instructions and shop drawings. The SmartPet Door is
guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship
for the Lifetime of the door from the date of purchase.
Defective parts may be returned to SmartPet Products,
freight prepaid, for repair or replacement. The decision
of repair versus replacement is up to the discretion of
SmartPet Products. This guarantee does not cover labor
or material costs incurred by reinstallation of repaired
or replaced parts. Gasket and window are excluded from
the coverage. |

Patio Pacific
note: The manufacturer imposes an
automatic 15% restocking fee for all returns which we
must pass on to the buyer. The product must be in
original packaging and unopened. |
