The Staywell 300 4-way locking cat flap has a flap dimension of 6 1/4"  w x 6 1/2"  h.

It is self-framing from 0" to 21/4"  out of the box and tunnel extensions are available which may be added by the user to increase the maximum to any length. For example, a self-framing wall mount for any thickness wall could be implemented by simply adding the tunnel extensions.
