Hale Pet Doors (formerly Hale Security Pet Doors) offers two types of panel pet doors: the
Standard panel and the Hale OMNI Patio Pet Door. Both types of panels feature
insulated glass and a two-flap pet door for outstanding energy
efficiency.
The Hale Standard Panel
has a heavy frame and needs to be cut to fit the patio door. It
is screwed into the patio door frame, making a very secure
semi-permanent installation. The Standard panel is locked by
means of a lock strip screwed to the slider and a lock attached
to the panel unit.
The Hale OMNI Panel has a slender frame that takes up
less door space. The OMNI panel is secured by means of a
patented nut and bolt assembly that exerts pressure, making a
very secure fit. The OMNI panel is not screwed into the door
frame, so there will be no holes in the doorframe if the OMNI is
removed. The OMNI is locked by means of a drop bar type lock
that is installed behind the slider.
We will need the "G" measurement
with your order. "G" is the measurement from the trailing edge
of the sliding glass door to the jamb of the stationary side
with your sliding glass door closed. This important measurement
is used to determine the length of the locking bar used to lock
the patio door against the Omni panel. Please include this
dimension in the dialog box that asks for "G Dimension? Track
HT?" after you "Buy Now".
Return Policy:
Because these pet doors are built custom to
your specification, returns will be allowed a 50% credit toward
the purchase of a different Hale Pet Door. The Patio Pacific
normal return policy
applies in respect to time limits only.

All Hale pet doors come standard with "polar"
flaps--a vinyl that is more flexible in cold weather than "regular"
vinyl. Replacement flaps may be ordered here Hale Pet

Very flexible 'training' flaps may be ordered for
pets who are initially resistant to pushing through the regular
flaps.
Allow about 15 days for
shipping from the factory plus 1-5 days transit time to you.
Hale will Not provide tracking numbers for shipments.
Important: Unlike the Hale "Standard"
panel, the Omni panel may be installed in Anderson and Pella
units.
