Step 1 Remove Old Panel

  • Unscrew the existing plexiglass panel from the metal frame.

Step 2 Insert Replacement Panel

  • Line up the replacement panel with the frame and mark the hole locations for the screws on the new replacement panel.
  • The holes are not pre-drilled, because over the years the hole placements have changed on the hinges.
  • Drill holes through the marked spots.
  • Line up the drilled holes with the hinges and screw into place.

My Pickwick door has an outside frame dimension of 13 1/2" x 19". Do you have a replacement flap?

We do not have that exact dimension. The closest we have is 13 1/8"w x 19 1/2"h, which is very close. This is Stock Number 10MC01 Model B.

  • Pickwick door hinges, which are specifically not covered under warranty due to normal wear and tear.

  • Any defects and/or nonconformities must be reported within 30 days after discovery.
