- Includes a new flap, pivot washers, magnet set, and hole plugs (your pet door configuration may not require all parts--please discard any extras).
- Easy installation allows for a seamless replacement process.
- 2 sets of hole plugs are sent with the replacement flap: Original Design pet doors have square joints in the corners require the set of 8 large hole plugs, and the Updated Design has 45° angled joints in the corners and requires the set of 4 smaller hole plugs
- Thermo Panels, Thermo Sashes and New Pet Door Guys in the Glass do not require hole plugs
- Frame Color selection is for Hole plugs on the Door Mount, Wall Mount and Severe Weather panels only (select white if you have a Brushed Aluminum Thermo Panel or Thermo Sash)

Excellent product.
Our dog door is like new again! One of our two dogs has taken to slamming through the door and nipping at it on her way. It is good to know we can replace the flap and be good to go. Also training her not to mangle the new one. Wonderful help from customer service identifying the style and size needed.

Design Suggestion
(ed. note: We are currently working on a redesign for the threshold. The new ones will be plastic making them a little quieter and the full width of the flap.) We have had to order and install multiple doors because of chewing. I think this could be prevented by extending the metal across the bottom to prevent a starting point for the chewing which seems to be the corners. As suggested we did apply a gel with pepper to help prevent but this also prevent the seal from working in cold weather.
