Number of Flaps:
1 - Single Flap: On inside of wall (same side as locking cover)
2 - Double Flap: One on each side. The included dead-air-space and extra flap add significantly to the already considerable insulation and sealing values.

Waiting to return
We have been patiently waiting for information from Petdoors so we can return it. The door itself is nice, but unfortunately we can’t install it

Easy to install if you know what you're doing. Had to shift my wall hole 3 inches over due to an unexpected diagonal support beam in the garage wall. I graduated the YouTube school of drywall repair. My kitty loves the door.

Nice quality. Chose for the plastic tunnel, what I thought was two doors, will see if I can get a second door so I can close from both inside & outside. Plastic tunnel as reviews of metal tunnels complained that swinging vinyl would catch on the sides of the tunnel. Also liked that the edges of the vinyl flaps have fuzzy insulator stops to discourage bugs and drafts.
