Ordering Instructions:

Remember that the width you specify is the rough cut and not the flap dimension. The flap size will be 2 1/16" narrower and 1 3/8" shorter than the rough cut out. Make sure there is enough room left for your pet. We want to ensure that your pet will feel comfortable using the pet door, so we recommend measuring your pet prior to ordering.
If you need to fill an existing hole/replace a wall pet door, measure the height and width in 3 locations: near the top, middle, and bottom. Choose the narrowest of both height and width for your dimensions. Do not add an extra width or height when specifying the dimensions. Please note: Maximum Rough Cutout in one direction cannot exceed 23 3/8".
Once you have the height and width measurements, multiply them together to get the total square inches. For example, if you have measured 10" x 12", the result is 120 inches. Using this number, select the square inch range in the drop-down menu. Please note that the square inch ranges are only used for pricing purposes. The pet door is built to your exact dimensions and is not adjustable. Make sure that the height and width dimensions, when multiplied, result in a number of square inches within the range that you specified in the drop-down menu.
Choose whether you would like a single or double flap.
Choose between White, Arizona Beige, Bronze, or Brushed Aluminum for your frame color.
On your order confirmation email you will see an Orange "Finish Your Order" button. Click on it to provide your rough cut out measurements. Please note that the minimum rough-cut dimension is 7" x 7".
The locking cover slides down from the top of the pet door and secures with a steel deadbolt. If there is an obstruction that would prevent the cover from functioning properly when loading from the top, you can add a side-load option.
If your wall thickness exceeds 10", you'll need the 16" tunnel option. This option adds 10% to the cost of the pet door. Note that there is no accommodation for walls thicker than 16". Please contact Customer Service to order the thicker tunnel.
