Kind of surprised
The cover came with no hole in for the lock, so I had to drill a hole in it. Would be a challenge if you didn't have the means and the tools.
Disappointed
Make sure that you have [a Hale Pet Door], found out the hard way that it won't work with a petsafe. Looks good, and wish it would have worked.
