Manufacturing Technician

We are looking for an efficient teammate to add to our production staff. You will join a crew that builds over 10,000 pet doors each year for our USA-made pet door brands: Endura Flap, Dragon Pet Door, Whiskers & Windows, and Liberty Pet Door. We're looking for a technician who values quality and is meticulous in every stage of the product production process. Being able to work within tight tolerances to produce only outstanding quality products is required. Immediate full-time openings available.

Performance based pay which yields $20/hr - $24/hr depending on ability and experience, with future engineering opportunities available as well. It's great manufacturing experience for future engineers.

Opportunities for Advancement

You’ll start by getting familiar with the product we manufacture, the Endura Flap. We will provide on the job training with different manufacturing techniques and tools. More autonomy and responsibility is given based on your skill-level, with the opportunity to join or lead multiple projects.

Technician opportunities include: manufacturing-line improvements, lead manufacturing, product design, and product management.

Due to the length learning curve, we prefer applicants who will work at least through 2024. Drug test is required.

Sales & Customer Service Representative

Are you passionate about pets and looking for a dynamic work environment? We’re hiring for a new Sales & Customer Service representative who will be a part of a team managing sales for retail and wholesale customers. Job responsibilities include responding to customer queries, managing orders and sales, providing outstanding service, and improving our standard operating procedures. We want a team member dedicated to adopting the newest technology to ensure that customers and providers are satisfied.

This job requires communicating directly with customers via phone calls, emails, and live chat logs. You will also be working with major retail suppliers like Chewy and Home Depot. Experience with Google Suite, Zendesk, Amazon, Netsuite, Shopify, and Shipstation is preferred.

To be successful in this position, you’ll need to efficiently perform a variety of roles and tasks each day. We’re a small business, so you will need to be involved with multiple departments. Responsibilities include:

• Respond to customer queries via phone calls, emails, and live chat.
• Process orders, handle sales transactions, exceptions, and returns.
• Address and resolve customer issues and complaints professionally.

• Know the products inside and out to recommend and sell effectively.
• Coordinate and maintain strong relationships with major retail suppliers.
• Work with Google Suite, Zendesk, Amazon, Netsuite, Shopify, and Shipstation.
