Typically, as long as your product is in stock and not a custom order, it can take two to five business days before shipping. Custom orders will take longer to ship as noted on the product listing because they are made to your specifications. Some products have extended order processing times which are noted in the bullet points on the products listing.
If your product is out of stock or there are any shipping delays not noted on the product pages, we will send you an email letting you know about the delay and ship it out as soon as possible.
When your order ships, an email is sent to the email address on the order. You will be provided the tracking number of your shipment so you can follow your package on its journey or request it be changed to a Hold-for-Pickup at a carrier's location.
