No hardware required and didn't take more than 2 minutes I have been using the product for over a month and couldn't be more satisfied. Fits tightly within the frame and is pretty discreet. My wife and I have a newborn and love the added security.

Excellent Easy to install / use product
(ed. note: Published on Jun 1, 2014) This was exactly what we wanted. After cleaning the door and measuring / marking the proper height on both sides, this installed in place perfectly. We adjusted the extension rod fit to the holding cradle and it was done. We have used it for months and it has stayed in place solidly, is easy to release and open the door, and very secure when closed. Very good product. Thanks

Wow, what a great security bar.
Fantastic security bar. Easy to install and so easy to use. My handyman did pick screws in so it will never give out. Screws were used just to make sure weather wouldn't dislodge it.
