The installation took longer than I expected but was easy to figure out, and the door is very well made. My only complaint is my silly dog will not go out without a second family member coaxing her from outside. She still goes to our back door and barks until we force her into the room with the pet door and someone goes outside to coax her out. Then when she wants in she barks at the back door until we go into the room with the pet door and call her. The two doors are only 20 feet apart and she can see the pet door while barking at the back door. But she won’t use it without coaxing. (We used treats the first few days, but no more!) Yesterday we left her outside and went shopping. When we returned she was lying by the back door waiting for us to let her in. Obviously, this is not the pet door’s fault. This is a stubborn and independent 5-year old pit bull mix. She’ll eventually give in and use it. We are very happy with the door.

I'm very happy with this door. It looks amazing my cats love it. I have indoor cats that aren't allowed out but desperately crave the outdoors. Purchased a cat outdoor tunnel pen set and lock it in the sliding screen door then the glass locks like normal with the pet door and my cats can enjoy the outdoors.
